Program Overview
The Raven Fund provides educational scholarships and grants specifically for Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) voting shareholders who are not otherwise original shareholders or direct lineal descendants.
This fund ensures all CIRI voting shareholders have access to educational self-sufficiency and career advancement opportunities.
Raven Fund offerings mirror TCF's flagship programs, including Higher Education Scholarships, Career Technical Education Scholarships, and the Jump Start Award.
Requirements & Eligibility
Award Structure

Submit Raven Fund Request
Complete the Raven Fund Application Request form to confirm CIRI voting shareholder status.
Access Portal
Upon verification, receive access to the Raven Fund scholarship application portal.
Upload Documentation
Submit transcripts, enrollment verification, and statement of goals.
Review & Award
Higher Ed follows April 1 – June 30 and October 1 – December 31 windows; CTE is reviewed year-round.
