Program Overview

The CIRI Foundation is pleased to administer scholarship and grant programs for Eklutna, Inc., Ninilchik Native Association, Inc., and Salamatof Native Association, Inc.

We support their members, descendants, and original enrollees in pursuing post-secondary education, vocational training, and cultural advancement.

If your eligibility has been approved by Eklutna, Ninilchik, or Salamatof, you are automatically eligible to apply through TCF's online portal.

Original enrollee, member, or descendant of Eklutna, Inc., Ninilchik Native Association, or Salamatof Native Association
Approved eligibility verification on file with the respective village association
Enrolled in an accredited degree program, certified trade course, or approved training
Meet specific village entity academic and progress guidelines
