Lynn Carroll (descendent) graduated with a Bachelor’s in Biosystems Engineering from the University of Arizona this May. Previously, Lynn served as a youth representative on the CIRI Participation Committee and received a scholarship to help her to complete her education. She will return to the University of Arizona in the fall to begin a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering and continue her current research, developing off-grid water treatment systems for remote communities. She hopes that in the future, she will be able to share her knowledge with others and give back to her CIRI community.

"I see patients who look like my family. They trust me because I understand where they come from."
Lynn Carroll's story is one of thousands. Every semester, TCF scholarship recipients across Alaska and the Lower 48 are building careers, strengthening communities, and investing in the next generation. The cycle of support continues.
