Higher Education Scholarship
Financial support for CIRI shareholders and descendants pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees at accredited institutions — apply through TCF’s online portal during the annual window.
Program Overview
The Higher Education Scholarship is TCF's flagship program, supporting undergraduate and graduate students at accredited two-year, four-year, and graduate institutions. Awards are based on academic merit, financial need, and a demonstrated commitment to educational and career goals.
Since 1982, the Higher Education Scholarship has helped thousands of CIRI shareholders and descendants pursue degrees in fields ranging from nursing and engineering to Alaska Native studies and business administration. Funding covers tuition, fees, required textbooks, and qualified educational expenses.
Recipients may reapply each academic year. Students in good standing with their institution who continue to meet eligibility requirements are encouraged to apply for renewed funding annually.
